• Create a bespoke plan for your day, selecting a secret ceremony location, along with other epic locations to visit and things to do, all handpicked to suit you as a couple and your preferences.

• Guide you through and ensure you’re booking accommodation that is well located for your elopement but also allows you to immerse yourselves in the area. We know the hidden gems and quirky places just as well as we know the finest hotels. Whatever your dance is, we will help you find the perfect place to stay.

• Assist you in booking only the best suppliers for all your elopement needs from florals to 4x4 adventures, we have the best contacts to make it all happen.

• Co-ordinate your day including suppliers and logistics ensuring everything goes to plan, hatching new plans if need be, guiding you to each location and assisting you both.

• Capture your day as it unfolds, covering all your photography and videography needs for you to relive the adventure ensuring you have timeless memories to cherish for years to come.

Planning Support and Co-ordination

• Once you have booked with us we start designing your day.
  We will talk with you to learn as much about you as a couple, and your preferences to build your perfect adventure elopement.

• We will share with you our With Abandon Elopement Bible to guide you through everything you need to know before your day.

  It’s full of:

  • Genuinely useful tips we’ve learned from our years of experience

  • Checklists to plan for your trip and your day

  • Understanding the legalities

  • Considerations you need to make when booking suppliers - we’ll even help you find the perfect suppliers for your day!

• We will be on hand to answer all your questions, bounce ideas off and generally ensure everything is in place for a perfect day.

D U R I N G

Your Adventure Elopement

• We will co-ordinate all suppliers and start times ahead of your day so you only need to worry about enjoying a hearty breakfast in the morning.

  • We will arrive early to begin capturing the story of your day, starting with morning preparations.

  • We will arrange a “First Look” - which is a beautifully special moment where you are both able to see each other dressed in your wedding attire for the first time, before we all head off on your adventure. Unless of course you wish to assist each other getting ready - equally as sweet.

    We do this because some locations may require you to change on route to the ceremony out in the elements. Again you will be aware of this ahead of time.

• The Adventure: When you’re all set we will head out to begin your adventure.

  • We will lead you to your secret ceremony location where your tailored celebrant service will take place.

  • We will explore the chosen location and let the surroundings inspire the images and footage we capture.

  • We will arrange food and refreshments for the day.

  • We will guide you to a second location/activity to truly immerse you in your elopement adventure - often stopping off on the way to appreciate a quiet spot or glorious view.

    Having multiple location options also helps us circumnavigate any last minute changes to weather or ground conditions.

• Your Evening: When we are all adventured out you will head back to your accommodation as we head home to begin editing.

  • You’ll have time to refresh and head out for an evening meal.

  • We will provide a preview image to share the news within 48 hours.

  • More teaser images and clips will follow.

A F T E R

Following your elopement…

• We will provide you with previews and teasers both privately and via the With Abandon Instagram page to keep you ticking over while we work hard behind the scenes.
  Your complete images and film will be delivered as a final product between 4-8 weeks after your elopement,
  and will include:

  • A hand designed cotton rag ceremony certificate which will hold the exact map co-ordinates of the place you exchanged vows.

  • A full digital gallery containing between 300-600 edited high quality full resolution images for download - with no copyright restrictions.

  • A 3 minute cinematic elopement film including camera and drone footage to music.

  • A custom eco friendly gift pack of 5 high quality cotton rag prints.

  • Special gift from us.
