Jo photographed our wedding in the lake district back in March 2022, she was absolutely bloody fantastic! We had a pre shoot a couple months before as neither of us are particularly photogenic and comfortable behind a camera, she instantly put us at ease and we came away the from pre shoot with some really lovely pictures and confident in our choice of Jo as our wedding photographer.

She was always responsive before the big day and took the time to get to know us as a couple, what we were looking to capture and ensured that it aligned with her style of photography. On the day itself all of the guests commented on how fab she was, you sort of forgot she was there (in a good way) not at all intrusive, always professional and up for a joke and laugh to put people at ease.

The photographs she took were incredible we were really thrilled with how they turned out. A mix of colour and black and white, capturing all of the emotions of the day and the finer details we wouldn't have even thought of photographing. We couldn't recommend Jo highly enough if you're looking for an insanely talented and down to earth wedding photographer!

Jo Greenfield... what a bloody queen! I was lucky enough to know Jo through work before I was even engaged and even then I knew that if I was to ever get married, she would be the one who documented it for us! The whole process with Jo was awesome, from the gorgeous post that was received in the lead up to the wedding, the emails, questionnaires, pre wedding session... we just knew we'd make the best decision. Jo came out to Cyprus to capture our day and a pool day a few days later at our villa and I can honestly say we have ugly cried every time we have looked through our gallery since. AND the film... Wow! F'ing incredible!

Best decision we made, without a doubt! Jo is awesome and her work is bloody unreal!

Jo captured our wedding in April. All we can say is WOW.
I knew our photos and film would be an amazing from the start. But they blew us away. I can’t stop looking at them. Jo was fab from the start. Explained everything. Was in contact through out the whole planning process when ever we needed.We got a quick turn round of sneak peek pictures a few days post wedding which was amazing.The film Jo captured is next level. I alway knew I wanted a wedding film. But it went beyond me expectations. It’s so lovely to have those special moments to look back on as well as the still images.

Jo is a legend. Her talent for photography and videography is mega and she captured our day in September 2023 perfectly. Beyond the talent with a camera though, Jo is also a bloody lovely person and is a great addition to your day on a human level- she totally gets the nuances of a wedding day, and breezes through all the inevitable chaos with a calm (and very Northern) humour which put us at ease and was a huge hit with all of our guests. Truly the best, get her booked!

I’m a wedding photographer myself and when I first met Jo back in 2018 I knew then I had to have her photograph part of whatever wedding I had (I was single and had no prospects of marriage at this point) but still knew. Over the years it was clear I’d never have anyone else document such an important day and thankfully my now husband could see how incredible Jos work is too. We eloped in the Lake District just the two of us and knew we could fully trust Jo in where to go and when, she came to our air bnb at 5am to capture some getting ready photos before our hike up Raven Crag and oh my gosh, it was incredible. Jo caught moments we didn’t even know were happening ourselves and our photos and videos just speak for themselves. I would always choose Jo, trust Jo and she’ll always deliver the most amazing storytelling photos and videos ever. We hired Jo back in 2019 for our 2020 wedding. We met at the venue for our wedding pre shoot and she managed to take some incredible photos of us. I mean these were some top quality shots. Neither of us were used to, or comfortable with, being photographed but Jo directed us and helped us feel at ease. Jo went above and beyond in preparing us for our wedding day with check lists and packages she sent us. She took the pressure off us and we knew we could trust Jo to take some incredible photos of our day. Unfortunately due to Covid we had to eventually cancel our wedding in Enlgand and ended up getting married in Finland a few years later. Jo was so helpful throughout all of the changing dates and then refund process. We were hopeful that we could get her over to us in Finland for our weddinghere but unfortunately she was already booked on our dates so we had to go with a different photographer over here. This guy didn't know how to direct, made everything seem even more awkward and relied on us to help him with his vision for our photographs. The difference was like chalk and cheese. Made us appreciate just how wonderful Jo was/is and gutted we couldn't have her take our big day. Years on I continue to follow her because I genuinely appreciate the work she does. It's like art. Jo is also a really lovely woman and I couldn’t recommend her enough.

 We booked Jo as our photographer for our December 2024 wedding. We also had a pre wedding shoot in the August, I thought this was great as it meant we got to meet Jo in advance and get to know her, so it felt more like a friend was taking our picture on our wedding day.
On the day Jo helped me get into my dress on the morning which I am so grateful for.
We had also booked a videographer to work alongside her on the day of the wedding, I don’t think they had never worked together before but you’d have thought they came as a package. It was absolutely seamless from start to finish, so incredibly professional but we also had a good laugh!
The day after the wedding we got our sneak peaks and were blown away. The quality was fantastic and I’d been so nervous about how I was going to look, but Jo captured us at really flattering angles.
We also got all our pictures prior to Christmas which was great as it meant we got to have a little Boxing Day ‘viewing party’ with our family.
I honestly could not recommend Jo enough, 10/10.
Our only problem is picking which pictures to have framed on our wall, because there are just so many that we absolutely love.

The only thing I new when I booked my wedding was that I wanted Jo to be our photographer, I was over the moon when she agreed to work with us and from the beginning she was incredible. The little details included are amazing she thinks of it all, I would 100% reccomend Jo to anyone, she blended into our wedding day and made it so natural and easy going and the outcome is incredible, we love our photos so so much, they’re just so full of life and capture the day rather than the awkward posing I wanted to avoid from a wedding photographer. As well as this she’s a bloody lovely person to work with 🖤

We were lucky enough to have Jo capture our wedding day for us in April and wow wow wow we are so happy !! The photos and video are just everything. We eloped and then went for a walk into the caves and hills with Jo, the day was captured so beautifully.

Jo did the photography for two of my friends weddings and other than the decision to actually marry my husband, hiring her to do our wedding was the best decision I've ever made. She made us both feel totally at ease from start to finish, which isn't easy as two people who hate having their photos taken and are incapable of making a decision ever. We barely knew she was there on the day and that's made for some of the most beautifully candid and magical wedding photos I've ever seen. The entire wedding party had nothing but praise for her and she really went the extra mile to make sure we got exactly what we wanted from our photos. Her professionalism and experience also really shone through at times when we literally just didn't know what we wanted. Of all the little stresses we had before the day, the photos werent one of them, Jo is just a complete legend and one of the easiest people to get on with I've ever met. We can't thank her enough for everything and could not recommend her more.
