PRE WEDDING SHOOT DATES

Please have a look at the various locations I can do for your pre wedding shoot and let me know if there’s any dates that work for you… typically, people tend to try and do all wedding admin at the same time, so it’s worth chatting to your other suppliers to see if any align. I can’t do weekends as that is protected family time, but I have tried to put Fridays and Mondays if you wanted a long weekend in the Lakes.

Blea Tarn

Mountains, lakes, forests, log stacks, epic views. 45 minute flat walk, can be boggy if we’ve had rain. Bring a towel so you can have a splash.

Caves and Fells

Mountains, Caves, epic views. Approx 1 hour of moderate hiking
This is another of my fave places to take couples but it is a longer hike - around 10,000 steps and moderate up and down hill on uneven terrain. Parking is not good, you can park at The Three Shires in but out of respect for the business, you’d need to have some lunch or food.

Gummers How

Easy drive to Gummers How Car Park for forest vibes, highland cows, if we’re lucky, a mountain to climb (if you fancy) epic views of windermere.
Perfect for cumbria couples who are having their food tasting with Karen Rhodes in Grange, or couples marrying at Townhead Estate, or couples who don’t want to venture into the national park. Easy hike, easy parking.
